David C. Lawler, 41, Chief Executive Officer, President, Director

David Lawler joined Quest on May 3, 2007 as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Lawler has worked in the oil and gas industry for more than 16 years in various management and engineering positions including production, drilling, project management and facilities. Prior to joining Quest, Mr. Lawler was employed by Shell Exploration & Production Company and in his most recent assignment, served as Engineering and Operations Manager for multiple assets along the U.S. Gulf Coast. These assets included Shell’s prolific gas producing assets located in South Texas as well as offshore sour gas production facilities near Mobile Bay, Alabama, and, the Yellowhammer Sulfur Recovery Plant located in Coden, Alabama. Prior to his role as Operations Manager, Mr. Lawler progressed through technical and leadership assignments in Shell, including deepwater drilling engineering and corporate business planning. Prior to joining Shell in 1997, Mr. Lawler was employed by Conoco, Inc. and Burlington Resources in various domestic engineering and operations positions. Mr. Lawler graduated from the Colorado School of Mines in 1990 with a bachelor's of science degree in petroleum engineering and earned his Masters in Business Administrations from Tulane University in 2003.


Eddie M. LeBlanc, 60, Chief Financial Officer

Eddie M. LeBlanc was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Quest in January 2009. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ascent Energy Company, an independent, private oil and gas company, from July 2003 until it was sold to RAM Energy Resources in November 2007, after which time, Mr. LeBlanc went into retirement. Prior to that, Mr. LeBlanc was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Range Resources Corporation, an NYSE-listed independent oil and gas company, from January 2000 to July 2003. Previously, Mr. LeBlanc was a founder of Interstate Natural Gas Company, which merged into Coho Energy in 1994. At Coho, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer until 1999. Mr. LeBlanc’s 35 years of experience include assignments in Celeron Corporation and the energy related subsidiaries of Goodyear Tire and Rubber. Prior to entering the oil and gas industry, Mr. LeBlanc was with a national accounting firm. He is a certified public accountant and a chartered financial analyst, and he received a B.S. in Business Administration from University of Southwestern Louisiana.


Richard Marlin, 56, Executive Vice President - Engineering

Mr. Marlin has served as Executive Vice President -  Engineering for the Company since September 2004. Prior to that he was engineering manager for the Company from November 2002 to September 2004. Prior to that, he was engineering manager for STP from 1999 until STP’s acquisition by the Company in November 2004. Prior to that he was employed by Parker and Parsley Petroleum as the Mid-Continent Operations Manager for 12 years. He has more than 28 years industry experience involving all phases of drilling and production in more than 14 states. His experience also involved primary and secondary operations along with the design and oversight of gathering systems that move as much as 175 MMcf/d. He is a registered Professional Engineer holding licenses in Oklahoma and Colorado. Mr. Marlin is a Director of the Mid-Continent Coalbed Methane Forum.


Lance Galvin, Executive Vice President - Quest Eastern Resource

Lance Galvin brings to Quest over 25 years of reservoir engineering experience. In his role, Mr. Galvin will lead the operation and development of Quest’s oil and gas producing assets in Appalachia. Mr. Galvin comes to Quest from privately-held Windsor Energy, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and managed all aspects of the company’s oil and gas asset portfolio including engineering and operations for properties in Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, Wyoming and North Dakota from 2008 to 2009. Prior to this role, Mr. Galvin served as a consulting engineer for Pinnacle Energy Services, LLC where he was responsible for preparing reserve reports, reservoir engineering evaluations, and field studies for numerous public and private clients from 2002 to 2008. Prior to Pinnacle, Mr. Galvin was with Marathon Oil Company, where he served in engineering and management roles in areas as diverse as Alaska to Syria from 1981 to 2001.


 

Jack T. Collins, 33, Executive Vice President - Finance/Corporate Development

Jack T. Collins was appointed Executive Vice President — Finance/Corporate Development of Quest Resource Corporation in January 2009. In his role, Mr. Collins is focused on the development and implementation of our strategic plan and capital structure.  Mr. Collins previously served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of our general partner from September 2008 through January 2009 and as Executive Vice President - Investor Relations of our general partner from December 2007 through September 2008.  Mr. Collins has more than 11 years of experience providing analysis and advice to oil and gas industry investors. Prior to joining us, he worked for A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., a national, full-service brokerage firm, from 1999 to 2007 in various positions, most recently as a Securities Analyst, where he was responsible for initiating the firm’s coverage of the high yield U.S. energy stock sector (E&P partnerships and U.S. royalty trusts). As an Associate Analyst (2001 to 2005) and Research Associate (1999 to 2001) at A.G. Edwards, he assisted senior analysts in coverage of the independent E&P and oilfield service sectors of the energy industry. Mr. Collins holds a Bachelors degree in Economics with a Business Emphasis from the University of Colorado at Boulder.


David K. Pinson, Vice President of Land

Dave Pinson brings to Quest 30 years of experience in oil and gas exploration and development.  At Quest, Mr. Pinson manages Quest's extenisve land postions in the Cherokee Basin and Appalachia.  Prior to joining Quest, Mr. Pinson served as managing member of Pinson Brothers Drilling from 2004 to 2009 and Tilford Pinson Exploration from 1993 to 2004 where he managed the business strategies, development and financial operations of the companies. Prior to those roles, Mr. Pinson served as VP Land - Land Department Manager for Grace Petroleum from 1982 to 1993, supervising a staff of 25, up to 300 field landmen and four departments:  Division Order, Lease Records, Investor Relations, and Regulatory Agency.
